These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 30jl online gaming platform, accessible at https://30jl.net ("Platform," "Site," "30jl," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("User," "Player," "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

30jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the 30jl Platform:

• You are a natural person of legal age (21+) and legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 30jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose that violates applicable law.

30jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 30jl Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 30jl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with them may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 30jl is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 30jl immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

30jl may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on the 30jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 30jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 30jl bears no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 30jl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 30jl does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

30jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 30jl reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.

30jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and sports betting boosts. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 30jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• 30jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being wagered will be honored under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 30jl Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any ambiguity, 30jl's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. 30jl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced (where live betting is not offered), bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets that appear to exploit a technical error in odds or pricing.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, 30jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 30jl is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, connectivity issues, or interruptions to the Platform. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, event, and account status. 30jl reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 30jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game or sports outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 30jl staff through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by 30jl in writing.

30jl cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.

All content on the 30jl Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 30jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 30jl.

Any unauthorized use of 30jl's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 30jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond 30jl's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

30jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

30jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

30jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and account credentials.

30jl may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including disclosure to Philippine regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in connection with anti-money laundering obligations or other legal requirements.

30jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

• Continued operation of your account would expose 30jl to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You request account closure voluntarily, including through a self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 30jl will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause limits 30jl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

30jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 30jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For minor or non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
